1. Nature of Service

Litravels operates as a travel arrangement and coordination service.
We help customers book cars, tempo travellers, buses, and coaches from our own vehicles and transport partners across South India.

We have own some vehicles directly — we also arrange bookings through verified third-party providers based on your requirements.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed via call, WhatsApp, or direct communication only.

  • Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation from our travles & our partner providers.

  • Once confirmed, trip details (pickup, destination, and timing) will be shared with the customer.

  • Litravels reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking in case of vehicle unavailability or unforeseen conditions.

3. Payments & Charges

  • Currently, we do not process online payments through the website.

  • All payments are made directly via cash, UPI, or bank transfer after mutual confirmation.

  • The quoted fare includes vehicle rental, driver allowance, and fuel (unless otherwise specified).

  • Parking fees, tolls, and interstate permit charges are extra, payable by the customer.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If a booking is cancelled by the customer after confirmation, applicable cancellation charges may apply based on the partner operator’s policy.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be handled directly between the customer and the vehicle provider.

  • Litravels will assist in communication but is not liable for refund delays.

5. Travel Responsibility

  • Passengers are expected to follow local laws and safety guidelines during travel.

  • Litravels and its partners are not responsible for any loss of belongings, delays due to traffic, or unforeseen mechanical issues.

  • Customers are requested to check vehicle condition and documents before starting the journey.

6. Third-Party Providers

As we arrange vehicles from multiple independent transport partners,
Litravels acts only as a facilitator when we didn't have your required vehicle need. We ensure basic verification but cannot be held responsible for:

  • Service issues caused by the vehicle owner/operator

  • Accidents, damages, or injuries during travel

  • Delays due to weather, roadblocks, or mechanical failure

7. Website Use

  • The content on this website (text, images, logo, etc.) is owned by Litravels and protected under copyright laws.

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.

  • Using the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Litravels will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services arranged through partner operators.

9. Changes to Terms
